Private &
Semi-Private Sessions
The best players in the world have shooting coaches, you should too! Our Private & Semi-Private sessions are coached by experienced instructors and work to develop & teach the art of elite shooting.
Private sessions are 30 min or 1 hour in length.
Semi-Private sessions are 1 hour in length.
Sessions include analysis using the technology within The Shooting Lab.
Elite Athlete
Drop-In Sessions
Elite Athlete Drop-In Sessions where you can access The Shooting Lab without the need for one of our dedicated instructors.
You will get access to the rebounders, pucks, regulation-sized net and shooting tarp, however will not have access to the technology analysis tools.
Each rental has a maximum of 2 players & 1 coach. Drop in sessions are 1 hour or 30 minutes in length.
THE TECHNOLOGY
Using technology, such as video feedback, speed measurement and accuracy tools, The Shooting Lab Coaches are able to provide comprehensive coaching and analysis.
Athletes can record and review their shots in real-time or slow motion, identifying areas for improvement. Our shot speed measurement technology offers precise data on velocity, enabling athletes to track progress and set goals. With our accuracy tools, athletes can fine-tune precision and elevate shot accuracy.
